CIBU Office Supply LLC is located at 406 Canal St., right next door to Little Drugs in beautiful downtown New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The business was established in the early 1970′s by Charlie and Helen Cibu. Charlie sold and repaired business machines such as typewriters, adding machines, and various other kinds of office machines. Helen wanted to sell office supply products such as paper, pens, and anything pertaining to the office. So, Helen built up the office supply business while Charlie repaired and sold office machines. Charlie and Helen operated CIBU until sometime in the mid 80′s. As the years went by the store was sold and the repair of office equipment was discontinued. And the operation is now dedicated to the sale of office supplies and office furniture.

Today, CIBU is owned and operated by Rick and Pat Ellwanger, who live locally. Rick and Pat became the 4th owners of CIBU in September of 2006. They want to keep the “Mom & Pop” spirit alive and strive to give friendly personal service that is so lacking in the “Big Box” stores of today. CIBU also has their own catalog that offers over 25,000 items, most of which are available overnight! The “In Store Inventory” is quite impressive and compact, so you can get in and out in a flash if you want to, or you can take time to browse and visit for a few minutes in the relaxed atmosphere.

Rick and Pat believe that “One-on-One” personal service, fast dependable deliveries of their products directly to their customers, and a friendly caring attitude will go a long way in serving the people of New Smyrna Beach and the rest of Southeast Volusia County. The “Big Boxes” of today don’t give you that warm friendly feeling like you get in a “Mom & Pop” store!
